Geribá beach:

An open ocean surf beach, a favorite for Brazilians. Has bar service.

 

 

Ferradurinha beach: One of the loveliest corners of the peninsula, located towards the south, calm waters, great for photographers, bar service.  

Ferradura (horse shoe) beach: Named after its geographical shape of a horse shoe, it is located in the most exclusive niegborehood. Very calm waters allow almost all water sports. Bar service.

Forno(oven) beach: Name Forno due to its very hot sand , caused by its high content of iron in its composition. Calm waters and great for fishing. Located south east. Bar service.

Olho de Boi beach: Located east, it is Búzios nude and nature lovers beach.

 

 

Brava beach: Big waves for surfing, lots of nature, located on the east side of the península. Has bar service.

 

Joăo Fernandinho beach: This small but special beach hás such cristal clear water that the annual under water photo contest is held here every year. Has bar service.

Joăo Fernandes beach: The most famous beach on the península. It is frequented by international tourist. Hás bar service and busy, all year round.

Azeda e Azedinha beaches: The local's favorite. Declared an official nature preserve...calm and clear waters.Great sunsets and bar service.

 Armaçăo beach: A favorite for the native   fishermen. Great for hearing       
Stories , drinks and spectacular sunset.

Canto beach: Located on the north side, in the center of town , it has calm waters and dock for boarding the schooner boats.

Tartaruga (turtle) beach: Named this due to the fact that it was the spot where turtles would lay there eggs. Clear and calm waters, perfect for diving.

Manguinhos beach: Located on the north coast, warm waters, good for fishing and Wind surfing. Hás bar service. 

 Praia (flat, shallow) Rasa beach: Name for its flat beach and shallow water, on north side, good Wind surfing and a great sunrise.
